This series consists of files maintained by Millspaugh during his time as an independent consultant, which overlaps both his time at the CC-IH Management Inc. and his time at the Enterprise Development Company. With the notable exception of the Darling Harbour project in Australia, the scope and content of these materials is entirely distinct from work done with any other company.
