Scope and Contents

From the Sub-Series:

Subseries 10, Scott Bennett, covers the years 1974 to 1996. The records document daily library administrative activities and also contain correspondence with other segments of the University. In addition, this subseries contains reports from the meetings of several library committees, including the Library Advisory Committee, the Administrative Committee, the Faculty Planning Committee and the Trustee Library Advisory Council. Information dealing with proposed renovation and space planning in the library is present, as well as NOTIS implementation projects and the continuing automation of the library. Correspondence and agreements between the MSE and state and national library organizations, particularly the Association of Research Libraries, is prevalent in this subseries. Confidential faculty and student records are located at the end of the subseries.
