Subgroup 3 is made up of personnel cards of the Library Office, the only centralized source of personnel information on Library employees prior to the 1960s, when the University-wide Personnel Office was established. The cards date from the 1940s to 1960s, with a few very early ones (1905-1910). They document dates of employment and position; attached to some are wage change forms, which were authorized by the Librarian.

Conditions Governing Access

All collections are closed except to office of origin or original owner until processed. University records are closed for 25 years from the point of creation. These files contain personnel records, which are subject to further restrictions.
