Subgroup 1, Task Force Governance, contains the files of Vice President Joseph S. Hall, 1985-1988, chair of the Human Climate Task Force. These records consist of meeting records, correspondence, and source material received by all subcommittees. Also included is a copy of the Final Report of the Task Force.
