Abstract

This collection includes one volume of Veche, a samizdat manuscript of underground Russian literature, published in 1972 by Vladimir Osipov. Samizdat means "self-published" in Russian.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

Gift of Stephens Broening, Class of 1959, Associated Press Moscow correspondent, 1970-1974, to whom this manuscript was given by its editor, Vladimir Osipov.
