This series is comprised of one file containing documents from the US/China Working Group in Atmospheric Sciences and Technology. The file includes a draft of a speech used for negotiations led by Dr. Benton between the US government and the People's Republic of China. The speech contains phonetic spellings of Chinese words to enable Dr Benton to communicate without a translator.
