Overview Lucy Biklé was born in 1875. She was the daughter of Confederate officer, and American author, George Washington Cable. Collection consists of two letters written in 1926 to the Johns Hopkins University registrar, Ryland Newman Demster and two carbon typescripts of Newman's replies.
