Scope and Contents The collection consists of holographic letters and documents of signers of the Declaration of Independence. Many of the letters describe the proceedings in Congress and some contain information relaitng to the progress of the Revolutionary War. One signer, Lewis Morris (1726-1798), is not included in the collection.
