A broadsheet issued by the Miami Convention Coalition for an anti-repression rally held on the evening of August 21, 1972 at the Miami Beach Convention Hall as part of the protests against the 1972 Republican National Convention in Miami and to commemorate the one year anniversary of the death of Black prisoner George Jackson, who was killed by prison officials in an alleged escape at San Quentin.

The broadsheet lists the following featured speakers at the rally: Bobby Seale and Ericka Huggins of the Black Panther Party; attorneys William Kunstler, John Thorne (lawyer for George Jackson), and Luke McKissack (lawyer for Billy Dean Smith); Louis Kammack of the Attica Survivors' League; Irish Republican Army member Sean Keane; Eronif Ibrahim of the Black Afro Militant Movement; Ngo Vinh Long; and Chokwe Lumumba from the Republic of New Africa.

The paper’s content includes a page of quotations by George Jackson; poetry and quotes from other movement figures, an account of Jackson’s death, a centerfold spread of photographs of prisoners from Black nationalist and anti-war groups held under conspiracy charges, an open letter from inmates at Green Haven Prison, an article by David Hilliard on political prisoners, and an article by Angela Davis titled, “George Jackson: His Spirit Lives on!”
