Derived from dealer description: This collection consists of a leatherbound book of recipes, handwritten in ink from 1818 to approximately 1860 in the United Kingdom. Examples of recipes include oyster sauce, beef steak, gingerbread snaps, and custard. It appears to have been written by more than one person, but is inscribed by Lydia Perrott. The book is 144 pages and includes a table of contents at the beginning of the text.
