Copied from dealer description: "[ITALY.] [Six engraved Italian visiting cards.] [Italy, c.1780.] Six engraved visiting cards with dimensions between 5.5 x 7cm and 7 x 10cm, each with Italian name penned in ink within name panel, one with paper lightly toned, very good. Of these six engraved Italian visiting cards of the late eighteenth century five incorporate architectural elements with views of basilicas, crumbling masonry and classical ruins. The sixth card offers an engraved view of the Italian port of Livorno with lighthouse, castle and sailing ship with passengers disembarking."
