Scope and Contents

This series of cards in this collection was inspired by the 1834 fairy tale poem, The Little Humpbacked Horse ('Konyok-Gorbunok' in Russian), written by Pyotr Pavlovich Yershov, which in turn was inspired by the Russian fairy tale, Tsarevitch Ivan, the Fire Bird and the Gray Wolf.
