Abstract The formation of the Tudor and Stuart Club was initiated by Sir William Osler and his wife, Lady Grace Osler. Their intention to provide an endowment for these activities was expressed in a letter to Johns Hopkins University President Frank J. Goodnow, dated October 30, 1918. Abstract In January 1967, Provost and Vice President William Bevan recommended to President Milton Eisenhower the formation of a planning committee. President Eisenhower concurred with the recommendation and appointed the University Planning Committee, with Bevan as chairman. Wilbert E. "Bill" Locklin served as Vice President and Assistant (?) to President Milton Eisenhower. This colleciton includes correspondence and reports reflecting university business, 1965-1976, including copies of letters sent to President Milton S.
