Samson Feldman cartoons
Samson Feldman (circa 1901-1983) began submitting political cartoons to The Baltimore Sun after graduating from Baltimore City College. This collection contains 33 printed cartoons that were published in The Evening Sun editions of The Baltimore Sun from 1917 to 1918. The collection also includes one photograph of Feldman from circa 1966. This collection does not include original art work.
Tableau Historique et Politique des Pays-Bas et des XVII Provinces manuscript
The collection consists of a a 300 page document entitled "Tableau Historique et Politique des Pays-Bas et des XVII Provinces" circa 1750s, a photograph (1950s) of the Countess Marie Caroline d'Ursel, a letter with a hand-drawn coat of arms.
Tom Flannery cartoons collection
Thomas F. Flannery was born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania in 1919. In 1957, he moved to Baltimore and became the first editorial cartoonist for The Evening Sun in 1957. Topics include: Baltimore and Maryland, sports and personages, national issues and world affairs in the late 1950s through the 1960s, including the Kennedy presidency, the war in Vietnam, and the Cold War.
William Cobbett petition
Collection consists of one hand-written petition to the House of Commons, February 15, 1830. The bound manuscript numbers eight pages. Cobbett's address was presented during the end of Tory rule. In the petition, cobbett argued for economic and political reform and the relief in agricultural areas where the farmers were seriously deprived.

Thomas Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856 – February 3, 1924) was an American politician and academic who served as the 28th President of the United States from 1913 to 1921. Collection consists of 41 pamphlets, one broadside, and one manuscript sent to President Wilson and ranging in date from 1883-1919, but dating primarily from 1917-1919.
World War I cartoon scrapbooks
The collection is formed by five large bound scrapbooks containing cartoons, essays, poetry, newspaper articles, and illustrations that describe events and military/political figures prominent in the period of the First World War, 1914-1918.
