Scope and Contents note
This series is the slip files of closed cases that Judge Winter shipped to the Federal Records Center in Philadelphia when he moved to his new office in the U.S. Courthouse at 101 W. Lombard Street. There is some overlap with Series II as some of the cases from l973 were pending during the shipment of records to the Records Center and were moved to the new office until the case was closed.
